Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using lifetree.com.hk (the “Site”), operated by LifeTree International Group Limited (“LifeTree,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company incorporated under the laws of Hong Kong, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site.

Eligibility & Account Responsibility

  • Age Qualification: You must be at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to create an account or make purchases on this Site.
  • Credential Protection: You are solely responsible for maintaining the strict confidentiality of your account credentials (username, password) and for all activities, transactions, and declarations conducted under your account.
  • Enforcement: LifeTree reserves the explicit right to refuse service, terminate user accounts, freeze commissions/points, or cancel orders at its sole discretion if fraud, unauthorized network activity, or violation of these Terms is suspected.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • Scope of Protection: All content published on or forming part of this Site, including logos, trademarks, visual identity systems (such as the LifeTree emblem), text, graphics, product formulations, images, packaging designs, and digital downloads, is the exclusive property of LifeTree International Group Limited or its licensed content suppliers. This material is fully protected by Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) intellectual property laws and applicable international copyright treaties.
  • Prohibited Uses: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, reverse-engineer, perform, or create derivative works from any Site content or proprietary product information without express prior written consent from LifeTree.

Online Store & Resale Restrictions

  • Platform Characterization: LifeTree operates strictly as an online retailer, distributor, and platform facilitator. Products sold via the Site are intended exclusively for personal consumption or authorized network distribution through approved LifeTree partner channels.
  • Marketplace Resale Prohibition: Commercial resale or unauthorized listing of LifeTree products on unauthorized third-party marketplaces (including, but not limited to, Amazon, eBay, Taobao, Tmall, Shopee, Lazada, or Xianyu) without direct, written authorization from LifeTree is strictly prohibited. Breach of this section constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of program benefits.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • Applicable Law: These Terms and any separate agreements between you and LifeTree shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).
  • Mandatory Arbitration: Any dispute, controversy, difference, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including the existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination thereof, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in force when the Notice of Arbitration is submitted.
    • Seat of Arbitration: Hong Kong.
    • Arbitral Language: The language of the arbitration shall be English or Chinese, as mutually agreed by the parties.

  • 保护范围：本网站上发布或作为本网站一部分的所有内容——包括标识、商标、视觉识别系统（如 LifeTree 树形徽标）、文本、图形、产品配方、图像、包装设计及数字下载——均为生命树国际集团有限公司或其许可内容供应商的专有财产。上述材料受香港特别行政区（HKSAR）知识产权法律及适用国际版权条约的全面保护。
  • 禁止用途：未经 LifeTree 事先明确书面许可，您不得对本网站的任何内容或专有产品信息进行复制、转载、分发、修改、展示、逆向工程、执行或创作衍生作品。

在线商店与转售限制

  • 平台定位：LifeTree 严格作为在线零售商、分销商及平台促进者运营。在本网站购买的产品仅限用于个人消费或通过经批准的 LifeTree 合作伙伴渠道进行授权网络分销。
  • 第三方市场转售禁令：未经 LifeTree 直接书面授权，严禁在未经授权的第三方市场（包括但不限于亚马逊 Amazon、eBay、淘宝、天猫、虾皮 Shopee、Lazada 或闲鱼）上对 LifeTree 产品进行商业转售或未经授权的上架销售。违反本条规定将构成立即终止账户及没收相关计划权益的依据。

管辖法律与争议解决

  • 适用法律：本条款及您与 LifeTree 之间的任何单独协议均应受中华人民共和国香港特别行政区（HKSAR）法律管辖，并按其进行解释。
  • 强制仲裁：凡因本条款引起的或与本条款有关的任何争议、纠纷、分歧或索赔，包括本条款的存在、效力、解释、履行、违约或终止，均应提交由香港国际仲裁中心（HKIAC）根据提交仲裁通知时有效的《香港国际仲裁中心机构仲裁规则》管理并最终解决的仲裁。
    • 仲裁地：香港。
    • 仲裁语言：仲裁语言应为英文或中文，由双方协商确定。
