• Central & Regional Logistics Hubs: Hong Kong (Trade & Export Hub), Malaysia (Core Regional Fulfillment & Agricultural Sourcing Hub), Guangzhou/Shenzhen (Mainland China Storage & Last-Mile Delivery), and Taipei (Taiwan Frozen Cold-Chain Storage).
• Direct shipping operates either directly from source countries or consolidated via our Malaysia, Hong Kong, and China hubs.

Special Handling: Fresh Whole Durians & Frozen Pulps

Due to the perishable nature of agricultural produce from Raub, Pahang, Malaysia:

Delivery Timelines & Tracking

• Standard Health, Beauty & Care Products: 3–7 business days via regional courier network upon dispatch.
• Fresh Produce Expedited Air-Freight: 24–72 hours from harvest flight departure.
• Tracking numbers are automatically transmitted via email and updated on the customer account portal upon dispatch from our regional hubs.
• LifeTree is not liable for delivery delays caused by customs hold periods, agricultural quarantine inspections, extreme weather events, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer.
