Section 1: Territorial Scope & Product Availability

  • Global Sourcing Footprint: LifeTree facilitates cross-border e-commerce by sourcing products directly from verified regional hubs, including China, Malaysia (Raub, Pahang), the USA, Taiwan, Australia, South Korea, Hong Kong, and New Zealand.
  • Primary Destination Markets: Fulfillment and direct delivery services primarily target consumers and distributor networks across Mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Singapore, and Australia.
  • Regulatory & Regional Variations: Product formulations, available SKUs, ingredient compliance, functional health claims, and packaging specifications vary by destination market to ensure compliance with regional health, agricultural, and customs regulations.

Section 2: Pricing, Multi-Currency Settlement & Payment Terms

  • Supported Currencies: All retail pricing is displayed in local or regional currencies, including USD, HKD, RMB, MYR, AUD, SGD, and TWD.
  • Payment Gateway Settlement: Transactions are processed and settled securely via integrated international FinTech payment gateways.
  • Price & Allocation Adjustments: LifeTree reserves the right to adjust product retail prices, Point Value (PV) allocations, and product specifications without prior notice due to exchange rate volatility, supply chain cost shifts, or seasonal agricultural yield fluctuations.
  • Binding Orders: Customer orders become legally binding only upon full authorization and payment clearance through our designated processing partners.

Section 3: Cross-Border Customs, Import Taxes & Duties

  • Importer of Record: All purchases on lifetree.com.hk are processed as cross-border e-commerce transactions. The customer or designated recipient acts as the Importer of Record and is fully responsible for adhering to all import laws and regulations of the destination country.
  • Duties, VAT/GST & Fees: Shipments entering destination countries may be subject to customs clearance fees, import duties, value-added taxes (VAT), or goods and services taxes (GST).
  • Customer Responsibility: Unless taxes or duties are explicitly calculated and collected at checkout, all clearance fees, import duties, and local taxes assessed upon arrival remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

  • 全球采购网络：LifeTree（生命树）通过直接从经过认证的区域枢纽采购产品来促进跨境电子商务，采购地包括中国、马来西亚（彭亨州劳勿）、美国、台湾、澳大利亚、韩国、香港和新西兰。
  • 主要目标市场：履行与直接配送服务主要面向中国大陆、台湾、香港、马来西亚、新加坡和澳大利亚的消费者及分销商网络。
  • 法规与区域差异：产品配方、可用 SKU、成分合规性、功能性健康声明和包装规格因目标市场而异，以确保符合各区域的健康、农业和海关监管法规。

第二条：定价、多币种结算与付款条款

  • 支持的货币：所有零售价格均以支持的本地或区域货币显示，包括美元（USD）、港币（HKD）、人民币（RMB）、马来西亚林吉特（MYR）、澳元（AUD）、新加坡元（SGD）和新台币（TWD）。
  • 支付网关结算：交易通过集成的国际金融科技（FinTech）支付网关进行安全处理和结算。
  • 价格与积分调整：由于汇率波动、供应链成本变动或季节性农作物产量波动，LifeTree 保留在不事先通知的情况下调整产品零售价格、积分值（PV）分配和产品规格的权利。
  • 约束性订单：客户订单仅在通过我们指定的支付处理合作伙伴获得全额授权和结清付款后，方具有法律约束力。

第三条：跨境海关、进口税与关税

  • 名义进口商（Importer of Record）：在 lifetree.com.hk 上的所有购买行为均作为跨境电子商务交易进行处理。客户或指定的收货人担任名义进口商，并全权负责遵守目标国家/地区的所有进口法律法规。
  • 关税、增值税/消费税及费用：进入目标国家/地区的货物可能需要缴纳清关费、进口关税、增值税（VAT）或商品及服务税（GST）。
  • 客户责任：除非在结账时已明确计算并收取税费或关税，否则在货物到达时征收的所有清关费、进口关税和本地税费均由客户自行承担。
