By accessing or using lifetree.com.hk (the “Site”), operated by LifeTree International Group Limited (“LifeTree,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company incorporated under the laws of Hong Kong, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Site.<\/p>\n

Eligibility & Account Responsibility<\/h3>\n

      • Platform Characterization:<\/strong> LifeTree operates strictly as an online retailer, distributor, and platform facilitator. Products sold via the Site are intended exclusively for personal consumption or authorized network distribution through approved LifeTree partner channels.<\/li>\n
      • Marketplace Resale Prohibition:<\/strong> Commercial resale or unauthorized listing of LifeTree products on unauthorized third-party marketplaces (including, but not limited to, Amazon, eBay, Taobao, Tmall, Shopee, Lazada, or Xianyu) without direct, written authorization from LifeTree is strictly prohibited. Breach of this section constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of program benefits.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        Governing Law & Dispute Resolution<\/h3>\n

        • Applicable Law:<\/strong> These Terms and any separate agreements between you and LifeTree shall be governed by, interpreted, and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).<\/li>\n
        • Mandatory Arbitration:<\/strong> Any dispute, controversy, difference, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including the existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination thereof, shall be referred to and finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules in force when the Notice of Arbitration is submitted.\n

                • \u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\u5e02\u573a\u8f6c\u552e\u7981\u4ee4\uff1a<\/strong>\u672a\u7ecf LifeTree \u76f4\u63a5\u4e66\u9762\u6388\u6743\uff0c\u4e25\u7981\u5728\u672a\u7ecf\u6388\u6743\u7684\u7b2c\u4e09\u65b9\u5e02\u573a\uff08\u5305\u62ec\u4f46\u4e0d\u9650\u4e8e\u4e9a\u9a6c\u900a Amazon\u3001eBay\u3001\u6dd8\u5b9d\u3001\u5929\u732b\u3001\u867e\u76ae Shopee\u3001Lazada \u6216\u95f2\u9c7c\uff09\u4e0a\u5bf9 LifeTree \u4ea7\u54c1\u8fdb\u884c\u5546\u4e1a\u8f6c\u552e\u6216\u672a\u7ecf\u6388\u6743\u7684\u4e0a\u67b6\u9500\u552e\u3002\u8fdd\u53cd\u672c\u6761\u89c4\u5b9a\u5c06\u6784\u6210\u7acb\u5373\u7ec8\u6b62\u8d26\u6237\u53ca\u6ca1\u6536\u76f8\u5173\u8ba1\u5212\u6743\u76ca\u7684\u4f9d\u636e\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
